Our philosophy is as crystal-clear as our name. Here, everything is fresh, handmade, and reimagined through creative vision and exceptional craftsmanship. The finest Greek ingredients, paired with unexpected twists, reinterpret the classic flavours of Italian cuisine while honouring its essence. Every dish is prepared in-house by our talented team, and our extensive wine list—featuring over 120 exceptional Italian and Greek labels—ensures the perfect pairing for each course.
The menu at Ovio is inspired by Mediterranean flavours, aromas, and memories that I have carefully preserved from my travels and the experiences I gained while living in Italy.
